1. Global Shipping: Getting Your Gear to You

We ship to enthusiasts worldwide (excluding some remote regions and specific areas in Asia). Our warehouse team processes orders with the speed of a brushless motor.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days. We check, pack, and dispatch your order with the care of prepping a Gen8 chassis for its maiden run.
  • Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
    • Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for when you need parts for your next project or race weekend.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for planned builds and stocking up.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination country’s customs processing. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

2. Our Return & Exchange Promise: Fine-Tuned for Fairness

We stand behind our products. If something isn’t right, our returns process is as straightforward as following a build manual.

  • 15-Day Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

3. The Return/Exchange Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps for a smooth process, just like a well-planned upgrade.

1 Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the item.

2 Receive Your RMA & Instructions: Our team will review your request. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.

3 Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable service.

4 Inspection & Processing: Our warehouse team inspects returns with the thoroughness of checking a Goblin 380 after a flight. This takes 3-5 business days after arrival.

5 Completion: Upon approval, your exchange is shipped, or your refund is initiated as described below.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method

Once your return is approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we process them. The timing depends on your bank or PayPal.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
  • Exchanges: We ship the replacement as soon as the return is approved. Standard or free shipping applies based on the new order’s value.

⚠️ Important: Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged (Final Sale)

For safety, hygiene, and due to the custom nature of certain products, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Batteries (All types – due to safety regulations and transport restrictions)
  • Electronics (Including ESCs, receivers, FPV gear – sensitive components cannot be resold once opened)
  • Engines/Fuel (For obvious safety and contamination reasons)
  • Bodies (RC car/truck bodies, if the packaging has been opened – considered customized once unpacked)

Analysis Basis: As seen in our product focus, items like Batteries and Electronics are critical for performance and subject to strict regulations. Bodies are often painted and customized, making them personal. Always inspect these items immediately upon delivery.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with issues, we’ll make it right—fast.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately and cover all shipping costs.
